Duties
Performs a variety of general maintenance duties in the Enterprise complex and other properties managed by Eagle Realty Group. Duties include: moves furniture, erects/dismantles metal shelving/partitions, loads/unloads materials, assists with ground maintenance, shovels snow, and assists with carpeting installation and repair.
Skills
Some mechanical knowledge with willingness to learn. Ability to operate small hand tools and equipment such as lift trucks, dollies, street sweeper, compactor, baler, shredder and snow plow. Physically fit with ability to lift up to 75pounds. Valid driver's license.
